While I was working at Geranium, I always wanted to show people how Korean cuisine can be executed as I was the only one Asian in the restaurant. For most of European, Korean food was still too exotic and hard to approach. Huge thanks to Chef Thanos, Virginia, Cathy, friends and guests who came to my pop-up and enjoyed.

The day

It was the day. Everything was ready. We begun to welcome and greet guests.

IWe were super focused. We tried to maximize work efficiency during day off. We were concentrated on every detail.
